St. James the Less Episcopal Church in Northfield,
Illinois is a church that offers a warm welcome to visitors and a caring place
for parishioners. We are remarkable for
the long term commitment to the parish of so many of our parishioners. Our
parish has remained an anchor in our ever changing world as new members
continue to embrace its mission and find it an attractive place for worship and
fellowship.
Our church is easy to find! We're just off Willow Road about 2 miles west of the Edens Expressway.

When you enter the church driveway, handicap parking is located a few feet further at the rear of the church

Our Members
The parish is comprised of people from 12
different communities, but most of the 268 members live in Northfield, Glenview, or Northbrook. The parish exhibits significant stability in that 45% of
members have attended for over 20 years and 60 to 70% have attended over 5
