Christian Formation for Adults

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers". Acts 2:42
Spiritual formation does not end in high school. But if classroom instruction is not appealing, be assured our settings for continued formation tend to be relaxed and informal. We seek to offer a place where we can gather and deepen friendships and have opportunities for relevant conversations about our faith.
Adult Forums - Offered throughout the year between the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. services. Past topics have included violence in our society, exploring scripture, discovering our spiritual gifts, and grief & loss. For more information, see the section on Adult Forums.
Inquirer's Class - Preparation for Confirmation, Reception and Reaffirmation for adults is facilitated through the Inquirer's Class. This class is held in the Spring. Please contact the Parish office for more details.
Bible Studies - We are pleased to offer several different Bible Study groups at St. James the Less. Please click on the Bible Studies link to learn more about each of these groups and what they will be studying this season, as well as to see their schedules.
