Youth Group Activity Calendar
Service Hours – Throughout the calendar, many opportunities are given for service hours for Confirmation or just for random acts of kindness. Please take advantage of these special opportunities. Believe it or not you will receive more than you give!
MAY CALENDAR
May 3rd-Potted Plant Sale prep 11 a.m.
*We will be painting pots for plants
*We will plant the flowers in the painted pots
*Everyone MUST bring a bag of soil for the pots
*This is open to EVERYONE in the junior high youth group and high school youth
group.
*We need everyone who is going on the mission trip to attend this event.
*Lunch will be provided
May 4th-Potted Plant Sale after
8a.m. services and 10 a.m. services (please respond to help sell plants)
*Erica’s Lighthouse walk-a-thon @ 3:15 New Trier Northfield Campus
please bring $20 donation for a t-shirt and a great cause.
*NO EVENING YOUTH GROUP
May 11th-You be the Photographer Day (I will bring my photo lights and the kids will take fun photos of themselves with their own cameras. Please bring different outfits and a fun imagination.)
May 18th-Paint the Wall Day (I will provide paint for the kids to decorate another wall in the basement. THIS IS THE LAST YOUTH GROUP OF THE SCHOOL YEAR! Please be prepared to wear clothes that can get paint on them. This will be a COMBINED event that starts at 5:30 and will go until 7:30.)
