Barnabas Grant – Strengthening Our Growing Church

Saint Barnabas is known as one of the church’s first evangelists. He partnered with Saint Paul to grow the early church. We chose this saint as the namesake of a new grant founded to fund a full-time staff position that is both a result and cause of the growth at St. James the Less.

With this grant, we were able to hire Jane Evans as our Director of Parish Life, Family Ministries and Operations. In this expanded role, she is moving the mission of our church forward from the inside out – helping us to make dreams for our parish a reality.
