Worship at St. James the Less

We invite you to come as you are and experience worship that is spiritually refreshing and deeply grounding.
Each Sunday, we gather for prayer, Holy Communion, and creative music that is truly food for the soul.

One parishioner put it this way: “There is always that moment on Sunday morning when I think: do I sleep in or go to church? When the latter wins out, I’m always glad I came.”
Whether you are new to church, returning after time away, or simply curious, there is a place for you here.

Services at St. James the Less are participatory in every sense. We have a corps of acolytes, readers, prayer leaders, ushers, and greeters in addition to a dedicated Altar Guild.

Our worship space is equipped with a Loop hearing system, which broadcasts sound directly to hearing aids equipped with t-coils.

For questions on the Loop system, or to learn how you might use it during outdoor worship, please contact Josh Langhoff (

The door on the west side of the building is wheelchair accessible, and accessible bathrooms are located off the Parish Hall.

Seasonally, we hold worship outdoors in the courtyard. To attend an outdoor service, please park on the north side of the building and proceed down the sidewalk to courtyard.
